The friendly and helpful service was marred by an incident with my son receiving an unwarranted demand. Overall, a mix of positive and negative experiences.

Every time I stay at the hotel, I find the rooms to be like suites, clean, and perfectly suited to my family's needs. The only downside is the noise from the highway, so requesting a courtyard-facing room is a must. Despite needing to keep the windows open and the A/C running in March, the overall stay was enjoyable.
